Call the administrator of a nursing home in their city. Ask what professional organizations exist for coaches and administrators. Based both on the network. Their sites must have some connection with the conference.
Or ask the manager if he / she receives journals, and if so, whether I could watch a few. Magazines aimed at doctors and dentists are full of ads for conferences. I suspect, are the magazine for directors of nursing homes.
